Loon Large Serving Platter in Gray

This large platter features a bold loon in black and white with a sweet baby on its back. Swirling water and mountains provide a context for one of my favorite critters (I can hear its haunting call even now).  The rim is adorned with an abstract loon themed pattern, and finished in a blue-gray glaze with hints of brown.  This isn't a piece you will want to put into a cabinet and forget about it until you need it, which is why there is a hanging notch in the bottom foot.
